Allow organizations to define "major gift" parameters in Prospect Insights

The default "major gift" in Prospect Insights is currently $10k or more. Our organization wants to be able to adjust this to $5k or more, to pull in more prospects and potential givers within the PI module.

    For us the $10K threshold is too low. You can now filter the lists, but none of the analysis is usable if parameters don't match an organizations actual major gift program
