Right now direct debits from online giving forms are pushed for approval in RENXT, but if the gift is rejected or has a validation error, there is no notification of this, so no way of knowing the gift was not processed. At the very least it needs to be reversed in RENXT automatically, but a notification when this happens would be ideal.
