This is not an IDEA. it is more of an error report. In Report Builder, the field Fundraiser Name is under the Constituent Grouping and is defined as "The full name of the person assigned to manage a constituent relationship or acquire giving." Unfortunately, the field is actually configured as the credited fundraiser on individual gifts, which is exactly NOT the definition of the field. So, any dashboard over a time period showing gifts given by a constituent and grouped by assigned fundraiser will erroneously show only the gifts attributed to that particular fundraiser.
