Default cursor position to pop-up window

Whenever a pop-up window appears (e.g. adding a constituent or relationship, searching for an existing relationship, updating contact information) you have to click into the top-most field to start typing. It would save time and effort to have the cursor default to the first field requested, whether it's a search field or the first field to add a new constituent record. In other words, make the pop-up window the active area instead of the main constituent record. Currently if I click to open Online Presence I have to then click to add instead of just tab or hitting the spacebar.

In database view if you search constituents the cursor is defaulted in the top-most field, Last Name. This same behavior should translate into web view.

This has been one of my bigger complaints and time wastes as I spend more time in Webview. On a Constituent page I've noticed Solicit Codes, Relationships, Custom Fields, and Notes do not correctly auto-focus into the first available area on the pop-up
