Ability to change appeal code in adjustment screen

Be able to adjust an appeal code in the adjust screen after a gift has been posted. It presently requires adjusting to $0 and re-posting.

We have the appeal posting over from RE to FE. If that was posted incorrectly - we need the option to be able to change the appeal and have the reversal and new entry post. Right now this is all manual. An adjustment would be ideal.
