When working in Query - Make the view constituent pop-up a responsive element instead of fixed

When working in Query, the view constituent pop-up appears to be of fixed width. This means that when you try to perform an action like merging constituents, there is almost no space to view all the page elements. See attached screenshot for an example. I'd think that many of us are working on wide-format screens by this point so it seems silly not to use all that extra space on the sides to display the info?

    Yes! I'm viewing gifts on constituent records and can only see 4 columns whithout having to scroll right.

    Windows that only use a small part of my big screens is one of the reasons I would like to get out of database view so it is disappointing to see the same issue replicated in web view.
