Ability to set default backend fields per form. Attributes/appeal

Adding a default entry for a custom field assigned to someone who came in via a particular form. interests, acquisition, etc. We can have a recycled special acquisition form so we don't have to duplicate each instance (4x year). It's only available by link tied to a special promo, etc. and we want to flag those people who come in via this form with special custom fields/attributes to track.

Got it - thanks for the clarification! Look for this on future roadmap updates as "Hidden custom fields."

Hi Samantha, yes. Specifically, when we set up a form, it would be nice to auto assign attributes that would automatically populate when a constituent comes in through the form. maybe it's an interest that we are tracking or whatever. it would be nice to have this which can be set but not visable on the front end.

Can you elaborate on your idea? Today, you can set defaults for appeals, campaigns and funds. We do not currently allow defaults to be set for attributes, but that is on the roadmap for later this year.
