Make the Refresh button more visually clear in web view Query Editor

The "Refresh" button in Query >> Results is displayed as text-only with no outline around it. This button and the search bar next to it should have a gray outline like the other buttons in the query editor in order to bring to attention to the user that it's a clickable and accessible feature.

    I came into the idea bank to suggest (or vote for) adding the option to refresh while in a query. Then I saw this post. I totally agree. I have been overlooking the refresh button all along. An outline, shading, or even the exclamation point would be helpful. Thank you to those who posted this!

    Hi, I agree. It took me a minute to see this, and I have had two other users contact me wondering how to refresh lists. I also saw a user post an idea "Add a one-button option to refresh or re-run a query in web view." RENXT-I-7477, which I think means that there are others who don't see this.
