When using the 'One of' operator in Query > Criteria > Constituent Information > Specific Record, have the text entry cursor return back up to the new blank search field after the '+ Add another Specific Record' is selected. Currently, when '+ Add another Specific Record' is selected, we either have to use the mouse to select the blank search field, or shift+tab twice to return back up to the search field. This cuts down on productivity by causing extra time moving from and back to the keyboard or having to perform odd extra key stokes.

Perhaps this area could be modeled after the area 'One of' Constituent ID. (Query > Criteria > Constituent Information > Constituent ID: One of.) I noticed there that when adding another ID the text entry cursor returns to the new blank field after '+ Add another Constituent ID' is selected. This is great and very powerful in helping to creating a quick and efficient workflow and would be very beneficial when using 'One of' with Specific Record criteria.
