We display data exported from query in various dashboards. A "run date/time" column would help viewers understand the recency of the data. We currently display a refresh date/time calculated in our BI software, but this only shows when the dashboard itself was refreshed - not when the data was refreshed.

For example, we run query exports at 7am. At 7:30, we transfer the data from Blackbaud's hosted folder to our server. At 8am, our dashboards refresh. The dashboards show a refresh time of 8am, even though the data was exported at 7am.

Also, when our query exports or transfers fail. The dashboards still refresh and display a refresh date/time of today at 8am, even though the data was not refreshed.

Or, when we tweak a dashboard throughout the day and refresh the display. It shows the time the dashboard was refreshed, not the data itself.

Query properties show when a query was last run - the ability to capture this in output would be great!
