See where it says “review 324 undergiving major giving prospects”- click on that and the next screen comes up..

Now a list of donors comes up on the far left listed by High, medium and low priority. Starting with Tony Addario.

Now click on Tony Addario to open his record on the right side.

Tony Addario is one of our owners so I never want to research him in the future, and there are other people on this list that I will not want to research because I know their story – whatever it is they are not going to give to us. The only options I see are “finish review” which gives me only 2 options “review again in 6 months” or “review again in 12 months”. I don’t want either of these options, I want to delete them from this list to clean the list. Is there an option for that? And how do I do this? I see no other options on this page.
