I go through lists daily to call and connect with donors who have made gifts, and use the gift record on the side panel to record my actions. However, when I scroll to the bottom of the side panel to either see their gift history or record an action, the large constituent list frequently ends up scrolling up or down instead. This is troublesome because I often end up losing my place in the list and end up having to find it again before moving on to the next constituent. 

If these two scrolling features could be separated, where when your cursor is on the side constituent record and you scroll, only the side record will scroll, and visa versa with the large constituent list, that would be very helpful!
