Financial Edge has had some great information supports as it moves to a total web solution, including a page in the help webfile, and a regular blog called "The Financial Post" that highlights recent and upcoming changes, and highlights timing/specific items as they will be removed from Financial Edge (and also discusses items that won't migrate and why).

This has been a great resource for our Finance team, and I think something similar for Raiser's Edge NXT would be beneficial. That will help to keep people informed as changes are coming up/happening, and I think would go a long way towards addressing some of the uncertainties/nervousness I continually see expressed about the transition away from database view. (and I know we are not the only org where people don't feel adequately informed about upcoming changes). The PUBs are great, but they only happen 2x/year, and there are a lot of things changing...
