add Annotations or equivalent pop up in RENXT

We always have some records that end up with requiring an in-your-face flag that is a warning about communications/interaction. I have not heard a peep about Annotations coming over at all. Can we please have Annotations in RENXT

    We need this to come over - our organization uses the annotate pop up all the time especially for certain gift entries to ensure specific coding isn't missed.

    Somewhere along the line (very recent) annotations in Database view have stopped working, this has created double trouble for us and is very disappointing - it needs to get fixed!
