With the impending transition to complete WebView, we want the ability to easily move attachments from media tab over to nxt. Specifically for fund records in nxt, we would like the ability to move media files from a constituent record in db to the nxt fund record. Manually downloading and uploading will be an arduous task and require significant time to accomplish.
