Scenario: If a donor has a gift pledge of $75.00 and has paid $25.00, how can I see the actual received in a query? I would like to see the gift amount (pledge), gift received, and gift outstanding balance. Gift received meaning actual cash, checks, and DIY forms processed and in the system. A Blackbaud Rep said this is not possible. Surely, Blackbaud knows that organizations like to see their donors' actual received in a query. In a query I generated, the criteria were the fund. The output was gift amount and gift balance. I did not know that gift amount meant gift pledge (strange). I was looking for the actual received, and this query did not generate this. I come from eTapestry. And eTap could do this without blinking.
