Date needed in header of NXT Gift and Summary Report

Reports from database view set to print the date range on first page of report. This part is NOT carrying over to the NXT version of the Gift and Summary Report.

    I would very much like this feature to be added. I'm trying to replicate a custom report which was created in DB view using Crystal Reports in Standard Reports. I am nearly there but the problem is it's not pulling the Date Range over. Ideally it would be good to have it under the Heading, below the Sub-Heading.
