since a statement is produced for each spouse, there are often 2 statements produced. I am using these statements as our tax recepts letter so when 1000 statement are produced and the statements for family members need to be matched up, it is time consuming to alphabetize by last name. Alphabetizing by first name is not logical to me. Thank you.
