In case an opportunity is mis-categorized the first time, this would allow reassigning it to the correct constituent record. Instances where this can come up include when our role in pursuing a grant starts out with us being the lead applicant, but somewhere down the road, we become a subcontractor. We would want to shift the funding from the original funder to the organization that has become the lead applicant.
