The fact that gifts added in NXT are not able to be deleted in RE7 is a disaster for a gift management system. It renders NXT effectively incompatible with the needs of a Development office.

A secondary but importantly related issue. When an event payment is processed through NXT, it comes through as a gift on RE7. This is not a gift and should not be recognised as one. It throws out all sorts of issues in reporting and gift aid.
