Ability to move or remove the Tags & Recommendations area at the top of the Work Centre for users who do not need this info. This field should be customizable just as all the others in the Overview section are.
As a part of the tags and needs attention feature story, we know we need to be able to unlock that smartness and provide you with some flexibility to define what's important based on your policies. Really glad to get the feedback and we're in testing for the ability for managers to define the situations that need attention and drive the organization specific tags. We'll keep you posted as we get closer and let us know if you'd like to help us with testing.
Agreed. The auto tags that are on all of the records right now just clutter everything up, making this feature entirely useless for us. It would also be nice to move it down on the display. This is prime real estate for something that isn't doing us any good.
It would be helpful to add a priority level to tags. For example, constituents with the "recent gift" tag should be seen before those with the "no meeting" tag.
It's good for fundraisers to see all the tags on their constituents, but they also need the ability to assign that tag to another fundraiser or assistant.
It would also be helpful to view Tags in a summary form (instead of a long ribbon of names) similar to the way all the other data is presented in the Overview section.
I want to click on a Tag and get a description of what it means...rather than have to go to Help and look it up, or keep a cheat sheet stuck next to my monitor.
And, this whole feature is useless if we can't edit it. I just looked up a constituent who gives regularly, and generously. The tags on the record are Higher Giving Potential, Lost, High Wealth Rating. But in FY15 alone, we received $10k in May, $50k in Dec, another $50k in Dec, and $250 in Sep. The gifts all came thru donor advised funds and the family's foundation, so they are all soft credits on this record, and therefore apparently don't count.
Ideally, I could click on the Tag, or open a separate window, and manually edit them as needed.
