This would be incredibly helpful! We currently have a lot of fields that begin with "Mr. and Mrs" and we do not use those anymore. I'm unable to clean up this list and so I'm trying to organize by what I use most. Right now I have to scroll through a giant list and half of them are outdated. I'd also recommend a way to "merge" and clean up addressees/salutations. Whoever worked in the DB before me added multiple duplicates.
