Have you tested RE:7 Required Field settings? I suspect if you make it required to add a Solicitor to an Action in RE:7, it may carry over to NXT. Or is that already the case, and it doesn't carry over?
It should, regardless of what it's doing now. Any field required in 7 should be required in NXT, and if a field is not required in 7, it shouldn't be required in NXT.
