I would love to be able to export a list of soft/hard bounces along with the bounce message from NXT Email Marketing. I often get asked why emails get inactivated, and the bounce email would be immensely helpful as a reference.

According to this KB article, it is not currently possible in NXT email marketing. https://kb.blackbaud.com/knowledgebase/articles/Article/192988

I have a report from Net Community that exported the bounce emails along with the bounce error message and I review it. Since I am slowly migrating some users to utilize the NXT email marketing tool, this feature is not available in NXT. Please consider having the ability to see and export a report of bounced emails in your future release.
