Add sorting functionalities to Online Giving form list view by any column headers

Currently, sorting by date works incorrectly; please fix.

    When Online Giving forms first came out, we were able to sort by form name. I used to use it all the time. But now the sort options in list view is very restricted. Please bring back sorting by form name!

    I can sort by form type or last modified date on the NXT giving forms. We need to have more sorting functionality when one is viewing all giving forms, especially the option to sort by name of form.
