When creating an Optimized Donation Form on Online Giving (NXT), they provide you with a Blackbaud Hosted URL if you are unable to embed the hyperlink into your website. The link works in a browser (tested) but when sent through Online Express (Raiser's Edge Database View), the link comes up as a blank white page. Blackbaud has no idea why and says Online Giving and Online Express are not compatible? NXT and RE are supposed to work together, it would be nice if the hosted URL link would work through email so we can send out our donation form.
