Please add a feature for adding Next Step Actions so that a user does not have to close the current action and then individually add next step actions to a record.
Within the Action, this could be a new tab feature, such as the attachments or custom fields tabs where a user can add a Summary and Note along with a Start Date for a Next Step Action which will then be added to the action record along with the current completed action. This should allow for multiple Next Step Actions to be entered. All you really need is:
Summary, Note, Date to be Completed (and then this just builds as an open action that we can track and follow for future outreach)
This would be immensely helpful and would save time so that a user does not have to individually and manually add next steps for donors and users. It would also set you apart from other CRMs such as Salesforce and Clearview which do not have this feature currently.
