I’d like to suggest integrating the “assigned to” field in the Action section of the fixed asset card with the “assigned to” email. Currently, individuals must access the specific asset card to see the actions they need to perform, which undermines the goal of a streamlined system designed to enhance efficiency.
Linking the Action field to the assigned email address would allow notifications to be sent directly to the responsible party regarding pending actions, rather than relying on another form of communication, which detracts from the feature's intended functionality. Implementing this change will significantly enhance efficiency and improve our workflow.
