The Description should be added into the filterable fields in Ratings in NXT Lists. Descriptions are the tables and scales we use to record the tiers of the Rating. If the Description isn't included, we can't effectively use the filter in NXT.

We never use this as a "free text field," and if there are issues with that, is it possible to not pull in Descriptions that are free text fields?

We need this so that our Fundraisers to be able to prioritize their lists in their Work Centers by highly rated donors and prospects.
