There is not customer-facing documentation offered on what the exact search capabilities are of the top-menu search bar nor the search bar embedded on the Work Center page i.e. customers have to do their own testing and write down for themselves what search approaches work.

Ex. I learned only through a support ticket inquiry that boolean functions work, then was referenced to two articles that only explain two search approaches that DON'T work.
