Donation Form Gathers Birthday Details Option

It would be helpful for there to be an option to optionally ask donors in donation forms for their birthday details. You can use the comments fill in the blank, but as you cannot have two of those, this work around eliminates the comments option for donors.

    If you're using Standard Form, I would recommend collecting this as a Custom Field - you can use either Constituent or Gift custom fields so it is stored on either record type.
