Ability to open attachments from main constituent page without automatically downloading

We prefer the attachments to open in a new window from the main constituent page rather than auto downloading or having to go through the extra step of going into the attachment as it saves space and time for us.

    Autodownloading wastes time. Time to download, save, then open the file, then delete it because it's not the one I wanted, then rinse and repeat. Preview! Please!

    Now that BB is back to collaborate with Microsoft, would be good to re-introduce Microsoft integration how we used to have it. Downloading every file you want to check on is very time consuming and very inefficient
