I was about to create my post on this and saw this one. Here is what I would add:

Idea: Add the ability to display a constituent's existing Assigned Fundraiser as a selectable column within Event Participant Lists in Raiser's Edge NXT.

Current Challenge: When viewing event participants, gift officers and event staff cannot easily see which fundraiser is assigned to each attendee without running separate queries or reports. While there are workarounds available, they require additional steps and maintenance outside the event management workflow.

Proposed Enhancement: Allow the Event Participant List to dynamically pull and display the constituent's existing Assigned Fundraiser from their constituent record as a selectable column, similar to other constituent attributes already available in list views.

Benefits:

• Provides fundraisers immediate visibility into their donors and prospects attending an event.

• Improves event preparation and post-event follow-up.

• Eliminates the need for separate constituent queries and manual cross-referencing.

• Reduces duplicate data entry and ongoing maintenance.

• Helps development teams identify key donor relationships directly within the event management workflow.

Example Use Case: Before a cultivation event, gift officers could quickly review the participant list and identify which attendees are assigned to them or their colleagues. This would improve coordination, facilitate meaningful interactions during the event, and support timely follow-up after the event concludes.

Why This Matters: Assigned Fundraiser is already maintained at the constituent level. Making it available as a participant list column would leverage existing data and provide valuable context where event teams and fundraisers need it most.
