Reciprocal Relationship and Notes

It would be very helpful for Development Officers to be able to view reciprocal relationship data, as well as relationship notes.

    Must be able to view in database view and on both records with a relationship. Rather perturbed to see that this was highlighted in 2015 and this has not been fixed.
