When fulfilling constituent requests for service to their accounts, we add a Note with date, who did it, and brief description of what was done (added/changed email, name changes/corrections, address changes, and the like). It would be more efficient to be able to use Global Add to enter these Notes when performing the same type of updates to multiple constituents.
