I've created donation forms to gather information in Online Giving versus NetCommunity because of the functionality of the form. However, I never woud have used Online Giving had I known that the custom online responses would essentially just disappear into the ether. I'm glad they are logged on constituent profiles but I need a way to quickly access the information and I've spent days trying to come up with a query that will get all the data I need and I haven't been able to do it. It's beyond frustrating as I am trying to get my team to use web view since it is more user friendly but if they can't easily export that type of information, the online giving forms are rendered useless.
