Custom emails on event form (attending/not attending)

Currently all registrants receive the same email, whether they are attending or declining to attend an event. Having the option to send an email based on response (attending/not attending) would make for a better user experience, and cause less confusion by using custom messaging.

We definitely need this function! Every event we get a confused/upset response from someone who declines, wondering why they still received a confirmation for the event.
