In Events, when a person declines, it doesn't automatically decline the spouse, or give them an option to decline for more than themselves. This means we have to go in and manually add the spouse to the declined list in order to be able to remove the spouse from any email list we pull for the people who haven't registered yet will include spouses who think they've alredy RSVP'd.
