Education tile - make the functionality the same as Database View, including the ability to personalise fields

We track a lot through primary education on database view, including Tutors name, Director of Studies name, Matriculation date, class of degree, etc. Very little of this information is currently available on NXT. This is basic information that we require and needs to be easy to find, easy to see, and easy to pull on to a query. It is vital our fundraisers and event organisers are able to view this in NXT

    We also track where our students attend college, field of study, degree, etc. to help align graduating students with mentors. Currently see only college and year. The functionality is not set up well at all.

    Additionally, I think the drop down for the school needs to be more interactive or something you can search on or at least type a letter to get to that list. I can only see the beginning of the list for "A" schools as it is presently in webview.
