The Constituent Lists need contact fields like phone and email

You're expected to use constituent lists for emailing, but you can't even filter for those without a valid, mailable email to estimate how many will receive the solicitation

There are filters in the Portal users area of NXT that help filter and create a portal invitation list. These same 2 filters would be great for regular Constituent Lists that we create for our marketing team so we have an idea of how many the email marketing will go to, but then can also create a customized list of people who don't have valid emails so our fundraisers can send them personalized mail. The filters are "Available to Email?" (Yes/No/All) and "Primary Email" (Blank/Not Blank/Equals/Does Not Equal/All of these/None of These...). Though, also a filter for Email type (One of/Equals) would be helpful. These are specifically to build marketing email lists.

Yes this is the worst. Making a query to be used for email marketing but absolutely no estimate for how many of those potential recipients the email can be sent to. Even if there was a filterable tag "has no valid addresses" and "has no valid email" , this would help us plan which appeals can be mostly email or need to be planned as mailed appeals. Being able to use a combination of solicit code filters with an has email/doesn't have email filter would help us avoid surprises.
