Include the Maiden Name field on all forms

As a school, about half of our constituents have a very good chance of their last name changing at some point after they are added to our database. It is difficult to match records if the maiden name field is not an option when registering for an event or making a donation.

    As a result, this creates duplicate records over time, which then requires administrator's time to review/merge. If this field was included or if the constituent matcher could look for hyphenated names or last names with multiple "words" it would increase the quality of your product.
