Change reporting in NXT to have the fiscal quarters

Change reporting in NXT to have the fiscal quarters align with our fiscal year and not the calendar year.

Our organization has a July to June fiscal year and it would make reporting much easier in our year-to-year comparison if we could adjust the Q1-Q4 to align with our fiscal year like we have in DB.
