Currently, the search function is defaulted to be collapsed in Dashboard Builder. When first using the search function in Dashboard Builder one must first click on the magnifying glass icon to open the search box. Then one must click a second time inside the search box to activate the box so one can type into the box. Plus, when moving back and forth between Insights, Filters, and Page Elements, the search collapses again and must be clicked to open and then clicked again to activate it to accept input. Having to preform multiple mouse clicks to use search is not good for productivity.
