Online Express gives us the option to review all changes of address/email before updating the registrants record. This allows us to make sure that addresses are added to records in the correct format, preventing addresses being changed with no capital letters, incorrect post codes, etc. This is not an option on NXT Forms, with addresses automatically being updated it causes issues with mailings, increase in returned mail, increase in workload to correct address formatting.
