As far as I know, constituents can be added to multiple workflows by different fundraisers, which opens up the possibility of a single constituent being over-communicated to with mixed messages in quick succession. It would be really helpful to show on the constituent's page what workflows they are in (with workflow names) so that you can remove them from any additional or conflicting ones.
