Remove Knowledgebase Search Pop-up Form

Please ditch this new 'Find answers to questions about Blackbaud solutions" box that pops up when first pulling up the Knowledgebase. This is such a strange decision, to require the searcher to select a product before being able to search a keyword. Not only that, but the prompt seems to encourage users to type full questions rather than just searching keywords. I feel strongly that this is misguided, and I would greatly prefer for this interface to not be the default. Once a search is initiated, a user can search using keywords in the usual fashion using the text input field shown in the background of my screenshot. Since this functionality is still retained, it doesn't seem unreasonable to at least make the product selection be optional. This whole thing reeks of AI-fication in the worst way.
