The recent Field Encryption changes in Patch 34 for Raiser’s Edge NXT® and Raiser’s Edge® has impacted the ability to use merge tools to match and de-duplicate records. When we have DOB data we need to be able to use it to confirm matches, otherwise our data quality is severely compromised. Please allow admins to override encryption and be able to perform this match verification using DOB again.
