Add ability to see all actions through the 1 2 3 4 > page option. Currently only 20 actions are seen looking at the 4 pages.

Recently, gift officer missed important data in action from another gift officer as she thought she had viewed all the actions using the next page function. Number of total actions was overlooked.

Why can't all actions be accessible using page options just like gifts are?
