We would like the option to customise the Preview Text for an email.

This is helpful when the first line of the email isn’t something that will make sense or engage a recipient, for example it just saying ‘Kia ora Karen, we want…’ if that is all you see, it doesn’t give you much of an indication of what the email is about, compared to ‘Help us make a difference…’
