My organization is always trying to make the most of workflows, but it is currently really difficult. The latest hurdle we ran into is that, when we wanted to create a workflow emailing all Gala attendees with outstanding pledges, we realized Email doesn't include a merge feature for a pledge balance. This seems like a really really obvious way to automate outreach and save fundraiser time and frustration. PLEASE consider adding this field (and others!) as soon as possible.
